AkiPlay is a media player interface designed to allow users to play, organize, and view their own media content. AkiPlay does not supply, host, or transmit any media content. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and permissions for any content you access through the application.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the application to:

• Access or distribute pirated or copyrighted material without permission.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the AkiPlay software or its licensing systems.

4. Pro License and Subscriptions

AkiPlay offers a Pro upgrade (available via monthly/yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime license) that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled through the respective platform stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) or our payment providers, and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AkiPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will always be safe, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AkiPlay, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of AkiPlay following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
